Charter Minimum Guest Requirement
A mimimum of 6 fully paid guests must be booked in order for the charter to run. The charter minimums are at the company’s discretion based on guests necessities and the makeup of the charter. If we have to make any changes we will contact all guests as soon as possible via phone and email.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure will be charged full price. This also includes making any changes to the booking. Guests arriving LATER THAN 5 minutes after the check-in time will be forfeited and not refunded. If canceled within 48 hours or not present at check-in, the return trip will be considered redeemed and cannot be rescheduled.

Charter Regulations
In the event of inclement weather or high surf conditions a scheduled adventure may have to be rescheduled via your contact phone number. The vessel used per charter may change at the company’s discretion based on necessities and capacities.

Trip Protection
Purchasing Trip Protection allows you to cancel or reschedule your tour at any time for any reason up to 24 hours before the tour start time. You will be reimbursed for the full amount of each ticket, less the cost of trip protection and processing fees. No-shows will not be reimbursed. Parties arriving LATER THAN 5 minutes after the charter’s check-in time will be forfeited and not reimbursed.

All EcoAdventures will be charged Sales Tax (4.7120%), Harbor Use Fee (3%) & Online Booking Fee (5%). All major credit cards are accepted. Prices are subject to change.
